Metta Light Magic
A Signature Metta Experience with Victor Nguyen
Step into greater Metta, Light, and Magic in your life through this signature experience guided by holistic healer, teacher, and Light Priest Victor Nguyen.
This ceremonial class blends plant medicine, Kundalini yoga, deep rest, and an Archangel Michael energy clearing to support expanded awareness, energetic alignment, and spiritual connection.
Each gathering begins with self introductions and intentions followed by the plant medicine of the week which may include:
Kava
RSO tincture
Mushrooms
Cacao
Blue lotus
Elderberry Syrup
Fire cider
The intention of working with plant medicine on a micro level is to gently deepen awareness while sitting in sacred space with a supportive community. Participation with the medicine is always optional.
Following the ceremonial opening, we move into a Kundalini yoga practice designed to awaken and circulate life force energy through:
Breathwork
Mantras
Physical postures and movement
Mudras
Eye focus
Body locks
Meditation
Visualization
After the yoga set, you will rest deeply to integrate the practice and allow the nervous system to settle and recalibrate.
The experience concludes with an Archangel Michael Clearing, guiding the group into deeper connection with higher consciousness, God, and Mother Earth. In this unique group meditation, Victor facilitates connection to the 7th dimension and higher frequencies of light.

Tai Chi
Moving Meditation for Strength, Balance & Vitality
Tai Chi is a slow, intentional movement practice rooted in classical Chinese martial arts and Taoist philosophy. Often described as meditation in motion, this practice integrates breath, posture, and fluid movement to cultivate internal strength, structural alignment, and nervous system regulation.
In this class, you will learn foundational Tai Chi forms while developing principles of:
gentle weight shifting
coordinated breathwork

Movements are performed slowly and continuously, improving balance, joint mobility, and proprioception while reducing stress and mental agitation.

What to Expect at Your First Visit
Your first visit to The Metta Space is meant to feel welcoming, grounded, and supportive.
When you arrive, you’ll be invited to settle into the space, meet the instructor, and prepare for the class experience. Each offering is guided with care so that both beginners and experienced practitioners feel comfortable participating.
A typical class experience may include:
• grounding or intention setting
• breathwork and meditation
• movement or energetic practices
• deep rest and integration
We recommend bringing:
• comfortable clothing you can move in
• water
• an open mind and heart
Yoga mats and basic props are available, though you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
Most importantly, there is no pressure to perform or achieve anything. The practices are invitations to explore your own awareness, energy, and inner balance.
